These terms apply when you use the Logodile iPhone app or the logodile.com website. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

The game

Logodile is a game in which you balance a crocodile on a rolling log using your iPhone’s motion sensors. You need a compatible iPhone and must allow access to the motion features needed for play. Internet access may be needed for advertising, purchase checks, and continued play after the current free offline limit. An active round cannot be paused; leaving the app or losing motion input ends that round without a saved score.

The current release saves completed attempts on your device. It does not offer Logodile accounts, friends, or leaderboards. Scores are for entertainment and have no cash value. We may change, suspend, or end features as the game develops, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Advertising and purchases

The free game may show banner ads. Ad availability and content are provided by third parties and may vary. If a Remove Ads purchase is offered, its displayed price and purchase terms are shown by Apple before you confirm it. Apple processes payment and manages refunds under its rules and applicable law. A verified Remove Ads entitlement removes in-game banner ads and allows unlimited offline round starts for that App Store account; a refund or revoked entitlement can remove those benefits. If a purchase is unavailable, its advertised benefit is not available for purchase.

Using Logodile fairly

You may use the app and website for personal, lawful enjoyment. Please do not interfere with their operation, try to gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious material, misuse advertising or purchase systems, or copy or redistribute Logodile artwork, code, or content except as the law permits. You retain rights in any feedback you send, and you allow us to use that feedback to improve Logodile without payment.

Ownership and outside services

Logodile’s name, game, artwork, and website content belong to Logodile or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. The app may link to or use Apple, Google, Kickstart Exchange, and other outside services. Their separate terms and privacy notices also apply to their services. The Privacy Policy explains Logodile’s information practices.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Logodile working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a remedy can lawfully be limited, our responsibility is limited only to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here. Material changes will apply going forward. If you continue using Logodile after updated terms take effect, you accept them. Australian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@logodile.com.
